Hello!

Thank you for being here. My name is Mitchell, I'm from a small town called Linda that's located in Northern California and I currently call San Francisco, CA home. 

As I've looked back at my own successes and failures I've realized that success boiled down to one simple word — consistency. It's NOT about giving 110% everyday, or having a well thought out plan, or knowing the right people — just the sheer willingness to keep showing up — every. single. day. Simple in theory yet difficult in practice. I believe that success is inevitable if you show up every day. I believe that it's impossible for someone to write 100 days in a row and not become a significantly better writer, to bake daily and not become a better baker, to workout daily and not get stronger — you get the point.

I wish everyone would realize that their dreams are not as far away as they were made to believe. That if they just showed up every day, whether it be 30 minutes or 3 hours, that they would quickly realize that it’s been right there all along.

Every day we have the opportunity to provide evidence to ourselves that we are committed to our goals or tell ourselves they are not that important. That is what is Daily Proof is all about.
